YOUR TASKS
- Assisting with department management in compliance with operational guidelines and ensuring high-quality patient care in the operating theatre
- Instrument handling and assisting in various specialties, interdisciplinary collaboration and willingness to work shifts and on-call duties
- Leadership, promotion and coaching of staff
- Planning duty rosters with the department management and ensuring efficient operating theatre scheduling
- Co-responsibility for quality in the operating theatre area, controlling maintenance and routine service of all equipment including participation in new acquisitions
- Coordination of the operating programme, emergency management and conducting the daily briefing
YOUR PROFILE
- Training as a specialist in operating theatre technology HF with professional experience in this field as well as leadership experience in an operating department
- You feel comfortable in a demanding and versatile field of activity and think and act economically
- You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration and engage both professionally and personally in our team
- Your profile is rounded off by your responsible, resilient and flexible nature
- Good MS Office and SAP knowledge are required
- Willingness to undertake leadership training
