YOUR TASKS

• Assisting with department management in compliance with operational guidelines and ensuring high-quality patient care in the operating theatre
• Instrument handling and assisting in various specialties, interdisciplinary collaboration and willingness to work shifts and on-call duties
• Leadership, promotion and coaching of staff
• Planning duty rosters with the department management and ensuring efficient operating theatre scheduling
• Co-responsibility for quality in the operating theatre area, controlling maintenance and routine service of all equipment including participation in new acquisitions
• Coordination of the operating programme, emergency management and conducting the daily briefing

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a specialist in operating theatre technology HF with professional experience in this field as well as leadership experience in an operating department
• You feel comfortable in a demanding and versatile field of activity and think and act economically
• You appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration and engage both professionally and personally in our team
• Your profile is rounded off by your responsible, resilient and flexible nature
• Good MS Office and SAP knowledge are required
• Willingness to undertake leadership training
