Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for all drink preparations. As a Bartender/ Head Waiter, you are an ambassador of the luxury service offered to our clientele. Your daily tasks will be as follows:

• Prepare the mise en place and maintain the service areas
• Create cocktails according to defined standards
• Maintain and prepare the bar equipment and furniture
• Prepare and arrange the restaurant dining room
• Set the tables
• Clear the tables
• Inform and advise customers on the menu
• Present and serve dishes to customers
• Ensure communication of orders between the bar and the kitchen
• Ensure the preparation and follow-up of billing
• Manage the supply and stock of the bar
• Participate in inventories
• Contribute to the creation and evolution of the bar menus
• Participate in the training of new staff

Qualifications

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Experience: You hold a diploma from a hospitality school or equivalent (minimum CAP/BEP, additional Bartender qualification preferred) and have 2 years’ experience in the same position within a 5* / Palace establishment.
• Personality: You are curious about new trends in mixology, know your classics, and always seek to perfect your skills.
• Languages: Must speak, read and write French and English.
• Availability: From 1st June 2026.
