Senior Property Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Independent management of residential and commercial properties
- Negotiation and drafting of commercial lease agreements, annexes and additional agreements
- Support of tenants and owners, including communication and problem solving
- Execution of lease agreements and terminations
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with lease agreements
- Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work
- Preparation and management of budget plans for the properties
- Conducting property inspections, acceptance and handovers
- Monitoring of incoming payments and receivables management
- Reporting and documentation for owners and internal purposes
Qualifications:
- Successful completion as a property manager and/or trustee with a federal diploma or comparable further education in the real estate sector
- Proven several years of experience in managing residential and commercial properties
- Sound knowledge in negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements, annexes and additional agreements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Confident handling of common software solutions in the real estate sector
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
- Driving licence category
