What you will achieve
- A warm welcome and excellent guest service at the till are among your strengths
- You competently look after our guests and enthusiastically sell hot and cold dishes as well as drinks
- You take over the preparation of hot and cold dishes and take care of the buffet service
- With your commitment, you significantly contribute to improving the gastronomic experience of our guests and ensuring their complete satisfaction
- Through tidying and cleaning tasks, you create a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant area
What you bring with you
- Experience in sales or a similar position, ideally in the restaurant or gastronomy sector
- Very good language skills in German and English; additional language skills are an advantage
- A communicative, friendly and open personality with joy in dealing with guests
- A quick grasp, independent working style and flexibility within the team
- A sense of responsibility and willingness to operate in a dynamic working environment

The Rhine Falls is one of Europe’s most important tourist destinations. From April 2025, the SV Group will operate all gastronomy businesses on the Schaffhausen side under the name "Erlebnis Rheinfall" alongside Laufen Castle, as well as a souvenir shop. You will work in a 7-day operation, depending on the duty roster. You are flexibly available in the evenings and at weekends.
