What you accomplish

• Management and supervision of a team of around 15 employees
• Control of production processes to ensure the requested quantities, within the allotted time and desired quality, with implementation of corrective measures in case of deviations
• Monitoring performance indicators and supporting the team towards the set results
• Promotion of continuous improvement on the production line
• Compliance with legal requirements, obligations and internal regulations regarding labels, occupational safety, health protection, sustainable development and food safety

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (CFC)
• Specialisation: in the food sector; ideally complemented by further education
• Professional experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in the industrial or food sector, combined with initial successful experience in people management
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and team spirit skills
• Comfortable with MS Office and knowledge of SAP
• Flexibility in working hours
• French (B1)
• German (ADVANTAGEOUS)
