In our "Corporate Clients Market Switzerland" team, we are also responsible for the customer segment Construction/Real Estate. We acquire and support medium/large construction/real estate companies headquartered outside the Zurich economic area. The primary focus is on the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for several customer advisors with many years of experience in construction & real estate financing. We want to sustainably strengthen our market presence in this segment. This includes, on the one hand, candidates with an existing strong network in this customer segment in the regions of Northwestern Switzerland, Eastern/Southeastern Switzerland, or Bern/Espace. On the other hand, experienced candidates with several years of experience in new customer acquisition in this clientele.
Your tasks
- Active development and expansion as well as competent advice and support of an attractive and demanding construction and real estate portfolio in our area of activity Market Switzerland with existing customers as well as new customers
- Review, application, and approval of demanding financing requests as well as monitoring of customer/credit engagements under earnings and risk aspects
- Identifying potential in the areas of financing, investments, cash management, and other banking services
- Cross-departmental work to ensure holistic customer development and implement cross-selling opportunities
Your profile
- Advanced training (professional certificate, HF, Bachelor or equivalent degree)
- Several years of experience and proven competence in financing business, ideally in the construction/real estate customer segment.
- Passion and willingness for targeted acquisition of new customers
- Good knowledge of other banking businesses (investments, pension, cash management, etc.) is an additional plus
- Above-average sales and service orientation
- Enjoyment in communication with customers, network partners, and internal partners at eye level
- High performance and goal orientation and a positive charisma
- High sense of responsibility and independence as well as a high quality standard for oneself
