Role:
For one of our partners - a leading, internationally established gastronomy and travel retail company - we at Rocken are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist. At the attractive location at Zurich Airport, you will jointly take responsibility in a two-person team for the complete payroll processing of around 1,100 employees, oversee the time recording system and actively contribute your experience to the further development of SAP payroll processes.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the monthly payroll processing including all checks, corrections and system closures.
You act as a competent contact person for questions regarding payroll, certificates and reports.
You manage absence and case management and handle sickness and accident daily allowances.
You submit declarations for withholding taxes and social insurances on time.
You oversee the time recording system, handle support requests and contribute to optimisations in the SAP payroll environment.
Qualifications:
Commercial basic training with specialised further education in HR or payroll (e.g. Payroll Specialist or HR specialist).
Several years of professional experience in independent payroll accounting and payroll administration in Switzerland.
Proficient use of SAP HR/Payroll.
Precise, structured and responsible working style with enjoyment of exchange in a dynamic environment.
Confident German language skills; good French skills are a plus.
