Your Role
This exciting position focuses on psychiatric nursing as well as conducting needs assessments. You are responsible for nursing case management from admission to discharge of clients. In addition to active nursing work, you are responsible for planning and organising the clients assigned to you. You work in a small team with short decision-making paths and have the opportunity to contribute and develop the area purposefully.
Your Profile
- Training as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF or equivalent
- Professional experience in psychiatric nursing, ideally in the Spitex sector or long-term care
- Confident cycling in city traffic (you travel by bicycle)
- Independent and precise working style
- IT-savvy and solution-oriented organisational talent
