These are your tasks

You are the warm and courteous contact person at the reception – check-ins and check-outs

You take care of guest services on site – information, advice, sales

You handle all enquiries by phone, email, or in person – receiving and processing reservations, interface to other departments

You perform additional tasks – vouchers, kiosk, table reservations, general administrative work

What we expect from you

You have training in the hotel or tourism sector or comparable professional experience at a 4-star hotel reception

You love guest contact, are communicative and always remain charming

You have a strong service awareness and are always ready to go the extra mile for our guests

You know the region or are willing to acquire this knowledge independently

You are reliable, extremely conscientious and enjoy working independently as well as in a team

You speak German and English – additional languages are a plus

You are IT-savvy and familiar with the most common hotel systems (Opera Cloud, Aleno, common Office programmes)
