It manages over 150 residential and commercial properties and offers comprehensive commercial as well as technical services in property management. The company relies on collaboration with regional partners, customer proximity, and sustainable solutions to preserve the value of the managed properties.
To strengthen the management team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed individual in the field of property management. Responsibilities include managing the rental process, preparing service charge statements, and implementing lease adjustments. Knowledge in construction technology and insurance is required; additionally, tasks in accounting and administration can be taken on.

Your main tasks include:- Management and administration of rental properties, including rent determination, contract conclusions, as well as apartment inspections and handovers
- Organisation and conduct of owners' meetings and ensuring compliance with house rules
- Monitoring rent payments, preparing service charge statements, and controlling property accounting
- Coordination of maintenance and renovation work in collaboration with craftsmen and external service providers
- First point of contact for owners, tenants, and authorities regarding all property management matters
- Several years of experience in property management (rent and ideally condominium ownership)
- Federal professional certificate as a property manager is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and negotiation ability
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- A confident, professional, and at the same time likeable manner
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Proficient use of MS Office and ideally ImmoTop or comparable property management software
