Care manager (f/m/nb), 80-100 %
Your responsibilities
- You assess payment guarantee requests for stays in rehabilitation clinics and psychiatric hospitals based on medical criteria and health insurance guidelines.
- You provide your nursing expertise to address complex issues and contribute to informed and needs-based decision-making.
- You advise acute care hospitals, general practitioners and insured persons in choosing suitable rehabilitation facilities.
- You are the primary contact person for service providers regarding coordination and integration of treatments.
- You participate in projects and working groups, making full use of your practical experience.
Your profile
- You are a qualified nurse with a diploma from ES/HES or possess equivalent training.
- You have several years of professional experience, ideally in an acute care hospital, in rehabilitation, psychiatry or case/care management.
- You wish to apply your clinical knowledge in a new working environment and evaluate medical situations holistically.
- Knowledge and experience in health insurance are highly desirable.
- You communicate professionally, negotiate skilfully and are confident.
- You have very good language skills in French and German (level B2); proficiency in Italian is an advantage.
