Real Estate Accountant (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is an established Swiss construction and real estate firm focusing on the development, planning, and realisation of high-quality residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. With many years of experience, high expertise, and a strong commitment to quality, it accompanies construction projects throughout the entire project lifecycle and creates sustainable value for customers, partners, and investors.
Responsibilities:
You will take over the ongoing financial accounting of several companies and ensure correct processing according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
You will manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting and support the closing activities.
You will prepare analyses and reports and actively participate in budgeting and financial planning.
You will contribute your expertise in financial and real estate-specific matters and optimise existing financial processes.
As a central contact person, you will support various company departments as well as the team with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
A commercial education with further training as an accounting clerk or a comparable qualification forms your foundation.
You have gained initial experience in finance and accounting and are familiar with modern financial processes.
You are ideally already familiar with Infoniqa and work confidently with MS Office.
An independent, structured, and precise way of working as well as enjoyment of numbers characterise you.
You are team-oriented, solution-oriented, and have very good German language skills.
