• Establishment and development of the Pelvic Floor Centre
• Professional and organisational management of the Pelvic Floor Centre
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary pelvic floor board
• Own consultation hours and active involvement in the surgical programme
• Close interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments and specialist areas, especially urology and surgery
• Participation in on-call duties
• Leadership and training of physicians
• Active involvement in internal and external training events
• Maintaining contact with referring physicians

Competences and potential

• Specialist title in gynaecology and obstetrics with a focus on operative gynaecology and obstetrics
• Specialist title in urogynaecology (SIWF) or close to obtaining it / foreign equivalent advantageous
• Commitment to the establishment and further development of urogynaecology and the Pelvic Floor Centre
• Opportunity / learning of robot-assisted laparoscopies
• Leadership skills, teamwork and resilience
• Understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Enthusiasm for innovation and change
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (min. C1)
