Role:
You love transforming complex technical challenges into well-thought-out software solutions and want to start exactly where modern production facilities are controlled. In this role, you develop Java-based workflow applications and robust operating solutions that enable smooth and efficient processes. You take responsibility for implementing stable backend functionalities and continuously improving existing applications. You work closely with internal departments to understand requirements precisely and implement them technically cleanly. In direct exchange with customer service, you ensure that the developed solutions are practical, reliable and usable in the long term.
Responsibilities:
- You develop modern Java backend solutions for workflow applications and machine operations and improve existing systems.
- In this role, you accompany industrial projects from the initial idea to successful go-live.
- You support customer service with technical questions regarding our software and connected systems.
- As a Java backend developer, you work confidently in Linux and Windows environments.
- You analyse requirements and create well-thought-out software architectures and clean designs.
- In this role, you define test scenarios and validate your solutions directly on production modules and systems.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in computer science, software engineering or a comparable field (FH/University)
- Several years of practical experience in software development with Java
- Interest in software solutions in an industrial environment as well as workflow systems
- Knowledge or willingness to learn in the area of real-time applications
- Confident handling of Linux and Windows systems or motivation to deepen your knowledge in these areas
- Structured, independent and analytical working style
