HVAC Service Technician (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced HVAC / Heating & Sanitation Service Technician for versatile service and maintenance work in private, commercial, and industrial properties. You will independently manage building technology systems, troubleshoot faults, and ensure their reliable operation through professional maintenance. In addition to heating and sanitation, you will also work with ventilation and air conditioning systems and advise customers directly on site. The role combines technical service work with high personal responsibility and varied assignments.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of service, maintenance, and repair work on building technology systems
Diagnosis and rectification of faults in the HVAC sector
Maintenance and upkeep of heating, sanitation, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Carrying out repairs and replacement of defective components, fittings, and system parts
Execution of minor conversion, refurbishment, and renovation work
Technical advice to customers regarding faults, repairs, and system optimisations
Independent organisation and coordination of service deployments
Procurement and disposition of materials, spare parts, and tools
Conducting functional and operational checks after completed work
Preparation of service reports and technical documentation
Identification of additional maintenance, repair, and refurbishment needs
On-site support of private, commercial, and industrial customers
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship as heating installer EFZ or sanitation installer EFZ
Several years of professional experience in service, maintenance, or upkeep
Good knowledge of heating and/or sanitation technology as well as technical understanding of other HVAC systems
Experience in fault diagnosis, repair, and independent material disposition
Confident use of digital service and reporting systems is an advantage
Category B driving licence
Good German language skills, spoken and written
