An ERP system thrives on people who understand and think it forward. This is exactly where the position of Application Manager ERP (Dynamics 365) comes in. You keep the application landscape around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central stable and drive its expansion. The departments appreciate you as a reliable contact person who understands requirements and implements them cleanly. Later, your area of responsibility will grow to include further applications.
Responsibilities:
You ensure stable operation of the ERP solution and drive its optimisation
Together with the business units, you gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions
You monitor the interfaces to connected systems and resolve disruptions
Furthermore, you manage external service providers and are responsible for incident, change, and release processes
You actively participate in migrations, rollouts, and project initiatives
Additionally, you maintain technical documentation and assist in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
Qualifications:
You have several years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable predecessor solutions
You can professionally classify processes in finance as well as in purchasing and sales
Operating business-critical applications is part of your daily routine
You think in contexts, work methodically, and find pragmatic solutions
In addition, you have an independent working style combined with team spirit
You also possess business fluent German, both spoken and written
