You coordinate orders for raw materials, packaging and other operating resources.
You ensure material availability together with production planning.
You monitor delivery dates and coordinate with internal departments if necessary.
You manage suppliers and handle incoming complaints.
You obtain quotations and support price negotiations.
You maintain article and supplier data in the ERP system.
You assist internal staff with order-related questions.
You implement process improvements in purchasing and adjacent supply chain areas.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or technical basic education.
Further training in purchasing is an advantage.
You bring several years of purchasing experience in an industrial environment.
Negotiation skills and clear communication are among your strengths.
You work analytically, independently and with a focus on numbers.
You are confident in using ERP systems and common IT applications.
Cost awareness and cooperative collaboration characterise your working style.
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written, are required.
