Responsibilities:
You coordinate orders for raw materials, packaging, and technical components.
You continuously monitor delivery dates, order backlogs, and material stocks.
In case of deviations, you handle supplier complaints and agree on solutions.
You support new projects with material inquiries and supplier quotations.
You record and post cutting orders in the ERP system.
You ensure correct material postings on production orders.
You organise transports to external partners as needed.
You maintain purchasing data and contribute to process improvements and inventories.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, supplemented by commercial further training.
Further training in purchasing, for example as a purchasing specialist.
Several years of experience in purchasing in a manufacturing company.
Knowledge in optimising procurement processes and digital purchasing solutions.
Technical understanding of materials, components, and production processes.
Confident use of Microsoft Office and common ERP applications.
You have very good spoken and written German skills.
Good English skills for communication with international suppliers.
