CRS Health Auxiliaries / Care Assistants M/F
To join our team of pool workers care assistants and health auxiliaries.

We offer you varied assignments, whether in community health centres (home care), in nursing homes (medical-social establishments), in hospitals or in homes for people with disabilities (motor and/or mental).
Job Description
Your tasks:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (washing, dressing, meals, mobility).
- Ensure the hygiene, comfort and safety of the people supported.
- Participate in monitoring the health status of residents (taking vital signs, observing behaviour, alerting in case of changes).
- Provide moral and relational support, promoting listening and communication.
- Accompany residents during social, educational or leisure activities.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (nurses, specialised educators, psychologists, etc.).
- Respect medical protocols and hygiene and safety rules.
- Contribute to maintaining the autonomy and well-being of residents.
- Participate in service meetings and follow-up of personalised projects.
- Ensure clear and precise information transmission to subsequent teams.
Profile sought
We are looking for a committed professional capable of supporting people with disabilities presenting behavioural disorders or complex needs.
You demonstrate empathy while maintaining a firm and reassuring stance.
You are comfortable in a structured institutional setting and know how to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Expected skills and qualities:
- Completed training as ASSC or ASE (or equivalent recognised in Switzerland).
- Experience desired in the field of disability, psychiatry or profiles with complex behaviours.
- Good ability to manage stress and crisis situations.
- Observational skills, analytical mind and rigour in transmissions.
- Ability to establish a trusting relationship while maintaining a framework.
- Mastery of basic care gestures and respect for protocols.
- Team spirit, active listening and respect for institutional values.
- Good level of spoken and written French (minimum B2 level recommended).
- Availability for work at irregular hours (weekends, nights, shifts).
