In this versatile role, you take central responsibility for the ABACUS ERP system and ensure it is used optimally. You support the organisation in continuously optimising and further developing business processes. You work closely with various internal departments and coordinate collaboration with external partners. Through your commitment, you make a direct contribution to digitalisation and increased efficiency.
Responsibilities:
You manage the central ERP solution and ensure reliable user support for the various business areas.
You translate operational needs into meaningful system adjustments and continuously develop existing ERP functions.
You coordinate more complex support cases with the external ABACUS partner and ensure traceable processing and documentation.
You redesign processes, accompany international rollouts, and support the introduction of additional modules and functionalities.
You take on responsibility in ERP projects and accompany them from planning through implementation to productive use.
Qualifications:
You have completed training and already gained several years of experience with ERP systems or in application support.
You possess practical ABACUS knowledge, preferably in the areas of finance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or projects.
You understand data structures and can comprehend technical contexts even without deep developer knowledge.
You ideally bring experience with process management, ERP implementations, system updates, or reporting solutions.
You convince through initiative, assertiveness, and a strong service orientation and communicate confidently in German and English.
