Job Description
As part of occasional or regular assignments within various establishments in the Geneva area, we are looking for experienced and available cooks. You may be required to work in hotels, traditional restaurants, medico-social establishments, company restaurants, catering services or at events.
You will participate in the setup, preparation and dispatch of dishes, both at the hot and cold stations. You must be able to integrate quickly within a team, respect technical sheets as well as current hygiene and food safety standards.
Profile Sought
You have at least three years of professional experience in cooking. A diploma or training in the field is a real asset. You have a perfect command of the French language and distinguish yourself by your punctuality, autonomy, responsiveness and adaptability.
Good availability is essential in order to meet the needs of our various clients, sometimes at short notice.
