Your Tasks
- Technical main responsibility for an assigned customer portfolio including further development of IT environments
- Analysis, prioritisation, and sustainable resolution of incidents, requests, and changes
- Troubleshooting across multiple system levels and ensuring stable services
- Identification and implementation of automation, standardisation, and optimisation potentials
- Participation in projects as well as implementation of subprojects and introduction of new solutions
Our Requirements
- Completed training in computer science (system technology or platform development)
- Several years of experience in IT operations or system engineering environment
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure) and IT infrastructures
- Experience in dealing with complex system landscapes as well as troubleshooting
- Structured, independent working style as well as pronounced customer and communication skills
