Responsibilities:
The focus of your work is the creation of reporting evaluations for clinics and other specialist departments.
You support the operational areas with financial questions and contribute to the development of a modern management information system.
You are involved in budgeting and forecasts as well as in the further development of HR controlling.
Furthermore, you work on optimising the cost and performance accounting according to REKOLE®.
You support your analyses and evaluations with a strong affinity for numbers and IT.
Qualifications:
You have completed a higher education in finance at university/FH level or as a certified expert, as well as further training in controlling.
Professional experience in healthcare, preferably in an acute care hospital.
You are interested in IT and industry-specific software solutions and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.
As an analytical and communicative personality, you can convey complex financial topics clearly.
Fluent written and spoken German.
