Construction Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the management of demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects. You will take on the role of the central contact person on site, managing the construction site operationally and accompanying projects from tendering to final accounting. The project portfolio includes, among others, residential, restoration and hospital buildings for public and private clients. The focus is on the professional management of construction processes, schedules, costs and quality as well as reliable construction administration.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of new build, conversion and renovation projects in building construction
Organisation, coordination and supervision of construction processes, contractors and project participants
Responsibility for schedule, cost and quality control during execution
Preparation and processing of tender documents, cost estimates and construction accounting
Accompanying projects from tendering and realisation to acceptance and final accounting
Conducting construction meetings, execution controls and site documentation
Coordination with architects, specialist planners, contractors and clients
Ensuring the professional implementation of planning documents and execution details
Participation in projects in residential, restoration and hospital construction
Support in client consulting and client representation in various project phases
Qualifications:
Completed training as a construction manager building construction or comparable construction-technical qualification
Several years of experience in management of new build, conversion and renovation projects, ideally in Swiss building construction
Experience in tendering, cost estimation, construction accounting and final accounting
Sound knowledge of construction processes and relevant Swiss standards and norms
Good German language skills, spoken and written
