CNC Turner (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for a qualified CNC Turner (m/f/d) for the production of highly precise parts and replacement components. The company specialises in the manufacture of prototypes as well as small and medium series. You will work with modern CNC machines and actively contribute your expertise to the optimisation of manufacturing processes.

Your Tasks

• Manufacture and inspection of prototypes, individual parts and replacement components using CNC turning technology
• Programming and setup of CNC turning machines including production of initial pieces
• Creation, management and maintenance of CNC programmes and manufacturing documents
• Recording and documentation of measurement results using Sylcom software
• Optimisation of manufacturing processes as well as performing maintenance and service work

Your Profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical qualification
• Experience in CNC turning and independent machine setup
• Knowledge of ISO code programming with Fanuc and/or Siemens
• Mechanical dexterity as well as an efficient and independent working style
• Good German language skills and a strong quality and safety awareness
