Description
- Define program and project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with divisional strategy.
- Develop, maintain, and control program and project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Critically challenge project estimates to ensure realistic and high-quality planning.
- Establish and enforce program governance frameworks across stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and execution.
- Identify project dependencies and manage critical paths across multi-project programs.
- Proactively assess resource needs and balance priorities with department heads.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and ensure alignment across Operations, R&D, and Product teams.
- Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and monitor execution.
- Track progress, report status, and escalate issues to senior management as needed.
- Prepare and lead stage-gate reviews with evidence-based recommendations.
Profile
- Technical education combined with formal training in Program or Project Management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in program and project management within industrial or R&D environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
- Strong background in international, multicultural, matrix organizations.
- Solid command of project planning tools, ideally Microsoft Project.
- Certification in Program or Project Management (PMI or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP-based project financial tracking (ideally SAP) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; French and/or German are strong assets.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
