Role:
You work where failures are not an option. Your experience shows less in reacting and more in thinking ahead. In an agile environment, you bring structure without slowing down the pace. Responsibilities:
You ensure the stable operation and high availability of a complex IT infrastructure
You take over provisioning, operation, and maintenance of all IT components
You drive the further development, optimisation, and automation of the infrastructure
You actively participate in the work organisation of the agile team as well as in special projects and task force teams
You document processes, configurations, and policies comprehensibly
Additionally, you promote communication and collaboration between the delivery teams and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
You have an IT education or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience as a system engineer
You have operated and further developed complex IT infrastructures and understand their dependencies in detail
You possess solid knowledge in network and system security and master the relevant protocols (including OSPF, BGP)
You are very familiar with Windows and ideally Linux as well as Entra ID, Azure, Exchange, application virtualisation, MDM solutions, PowerShell scripting, and setting up your own CA
You bring knowledge in DC networks, software distribution, and DWDM solutions
You work analytically, independently, and team-oriented, communicate strongly in German and English, and are ready for deployments outside office hours
