- You take over the organisation and management of the care team at night and ensure a motivated and well-coordinated team through appreciative leadership.
- You support the employees professionally and personally.
- You contribute your experience in various tasks and help to continuously develop the workflows and processes in everyday life.
- You are responsible for ensuring basic care and support of the MNA at night.
- You are responsible for and ensure safety in the accommodation at all times during the night and work closely with the employees of the specialist teams (social pedagogy and care).
- You design educational inputs and contribute to professional strengthening and team development.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training EFZ as well as completed further training in leadership (e.g. Leadership CAS)
- At least two years of experience in a leadership role in the care environment, ideally in the asylum sector or in work with young people
- Very good German skills (at least level C1) spoken and written as well as proficient use of MS Office applications
- Empathy, agility and a strong understanding of conflict situations
- Confident and professional conduct
- Experience with night work
Our Benefits

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 85,000 and 105,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. Additionally, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ's financial possibilities.
