- Executive assistant with a federal diploma or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role

- Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Outlook as well as Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Knowledge of data protection and handling electronic signatures (rules)
- Good time management combined with a strong quality standard
- Audience-appropriate communication and a well-groomed appearance
- Reliable, proactive service-oriented personality with quick comprehension and networked thinking
- Persistent prioritisation, coordination and organisational talent
- German is your mother tongue and you have business fluent English skills in speaking and writing (at least B2), other national languages are an advantage
