You are enthusiastic about modern IT infrastructures and want to actively help shape them. In this role, you are responsible for the customers’ IT infrastructure as well as your own environment and thus contribute directly to the stability and further development of the systems. You analyse existing infrastructures, plan optimisations and implement solutions in the area of infrastructure and cloud in a targeted manner. You always keep security, availability and efficiency in mind and act proactively. In your daily work, you ensure that the technical foundations for smooth business processes function reliably.
Responsibilities:
You support internal and external customers in 2nd & 3rd level support and optimise network and security infrastructures
You independently plan and implement customer and infrastructure projects
Administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Defender and Active Directory is also part of your duties
With PowerShell and Power Automate you automate processes and ensure security with hardening and patch management
You document solutions clearly and actively share your knowledge with customers and colleagues
Qualifications:
You have a higher vocational or university-level IT education or comparable practical experience
You are very familiar with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange and virtualisation
You bring experience in network, security, backup, cloud and ideally Fortinet/FortiGate
You have excellent written and spoken German
