Job Description 

As a Shift Coordinator, you are the central contact person for your team and our guests. You organise and lead your shift, ensure a smooth operation and that everyone feels comfortable and safe. You motivate your crew, pitch in wherever needed and bring positive energy to every shift. You lead by example, pay attention to food safety, quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene, and are always ready to coach and support your team. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Organisation and leadership of your shift to ensure a smooth restaurant experience 
• Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team 
• Maintaining high standards in quality, service, cleanliness and hygiene 
• Supporting the team during busy moments - whether in the kitchen, at the counter or in the restaurant 
• Promoting teamwork and motivating the crew 
• Open communication and conflict management with empathy and respect 
• Use of planning and management tools (cash registers, orders, inventory) 
• Supporting training and development initiatives
