SAP Specialist Employee

Leading producer of meat, poultry, eggs and fish and as a member of M-Industrie, Micarna aims to always be "simply better". Do you share this vision? Within our poultry charcuterie team, you will play a key role in stock management and operational monitoring of our activities

What you accomplish

• Take responsibility for weighings, inventories, manufacturing orders, recipes and good SAP practices
• Control the quality and consistency of data as well as entries in SAP
• Ensure monitoring and traceability of stock movements
• Check orders and ensure smooth delivery processes
• Manage complaints, analyse anomalies and propose appropriate solutions
• Prepare regular reports and monitor performance indicators
• Coordinate activities with various internal teams to ensure optimal operation
• Ensure compliance with current procedures and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Occasionally cover for the team leader in their absence.

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialisation: CFC (e.g. butcher-charcutier, baker-confectioner, food technologist, logistician) or equivalent training
• Professional experience: 3-5 years experience in logistics, processes and/or inventory control in the food industry
• You demonstrate a strong openness to change and enjoy contributing to continuous process improvement
• You work independently while being comfortable communicating with various stakeholders
• You are proficient with common IT tools and comfortable with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• You have a good knowledge of production processes and understand the challenges related to goods flow and stock management
• You are recognised for your reliability, sense of responsibility and results orientation
• French (B1)
• German (ADVANTAGEOUS)
