Senior Property Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the letting and management of various properties such as apartments, commercial spaces, studios, storage rooms, and parking spaces.
You prepare and negotiate rental contracts and ensure complete documentation during move-ins, move-outs, and property handovers.
As the central contact person, you maintain communication with owners, tenants, offices, and authorities and professionally represent their concerns.
You handle the rent collection, initiate appropriate measures if necessary, and review rents including necessary adjustments.
Together with technical specialists, you ensure property maintenance, handle damage cases, and participate in owners' meetings.
Qualifications:
You bring several years of experience in property management and are familiar with the requirements of independent portfolio management.
A commercial or technical basic education with relevant further training forms your professional foundation.
You convince through communication skills, assertiveness, and initiative and work solution-oriented even in demanding situations.
You work reliably, independently, and customer-oriented and communicate professionally - German written and spoken fluently.
