Role:

For an internationally growing technology and SaaS company in the Wollerau / Lake Zurich region, we are looking for a numbers-savvy personality who wants to build their career in finance and accounting. The company develops digital solutions for business-critical processes and operates internationally with customers and teams in numerous markets.

The position is expressly also suitable for school leavers and commercial junior staff who want to gain initial practical experience in accounting. You will be trained in a structured manner, support the finance team in daily business, and gradually take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• You support the finance team in ongoing accounts payable and receivable accounting.

• You check incoming and outgoing invoices and process them correctly.

• You reliably post bank transactions and assist with regular account reconciliations.

• You prepare payment runs and ensure timely processing together with the team.

• You carefully maintain financial and business partner master data in the respective systems.

• You keep receipts, documentation, and digital archives complete and up to date.

• During monthly closings, you support the accounting team and thereby gain increasing insight into more complex closing processes.

• You resolve minor accounting discrepancies and collaborate with various internal contacts.

• You question existing finance processes and contribute ideas when workflows can be made simpler, more digital, or more efficient.

• With growing experience, you take on additional tasks and continuously develop professionally.

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial basic training, commercial diploma, office specialist diploma, or comparable background

• School leavers interested in finance and accounting are expressly welcome

• Initial experience in accounting, financial accounting, or commercial administration is an advantage but not a must

• Strong affinity for numbers and enjoyment of accounting topics

• Interest in building solid knowledge in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial accounting

• Confident use of digital tools and common office applications

• Very good German skills

• English skills are an advantage; French skills an additional plus

• Precise, structured, and reliable working style

• Willingness to learn and motivation to take on increasing responsibility
