Head of HR Services 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Personnel and professional leadership of the HR Services team as well as support and development of employees

• Ensuring stable, service-oriented and efficient HR services and HR processes

• Active participation and professional support throughout the entire employee lifecycle

• Competent HR contact person for managers and employees on personnel-related issues

• Coordination and active involvement in the recruitment of specialists

• Participation in topics related to employee retention, personnel development and HR standards

• Responsibility for the monthly payroll with SwissSalary including quality assurance as well as independent execution of the payroll run in close cooperation with the HR team

• Support of HR topics at international locations

• Active development, digitalisation and optimisation of HR processes and systems

• Ensuring and active participation in HR administration including time recording and reporting

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of experience in a versatile HR role, ideally with initial leadership experience

• Completed further training in the HR field, for example as an HR specialist with a federal certificate, HR manager and/or payroll expert

• Very good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law

• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written

• Enjoyment in leading and developing a small team as well as active participation in operational HR day-to-day business

• Strong hands-on mentality as well as high process and service understanding

• High digital affinity and enthusiasm for further development of HR processes and systems

• Resilient, honest and reliable personality with confident appearance

• Structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working
