About the job
What is my role?
Personnel and professional leadership of the HR Services team as well as support and development of employees
Ensuring stable, service-oriented and efficient HR services and HR processes
Active participation and professional support throughout the entire employee lifecycle
Competent HR contact person for managers and employees on personnel-related issues
Coordination and active involvement in the recruitment of specialists
Participation in topics related to employee retention, personnel development and HR standards
Responsibility for the monthly payroll with SwissSalary including quality assurance as well as independent execution of the payroll run in close cooperation with the HR team
Support of HR topics at international locations
Active development, digitalisation and optimisation of HR processes and systems
Ensuring and active participation in HR administration including time recording and reporting
What do I need to be successful?
Several years of experience in a versatile HR role, ideally with initial leadership experience
Completed further training in the HR field, for example as an HR specialist with a federal certificate, HR manager and/or payroll expert
Very good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Enjoyment in leading and developing a small team as well as active participation in operational HR day-to-day business
Strong hands-on mentality as well as high process and service understanding
High digital affinity and enthusiasm for further development of HR processes and systems
Resilient, honest and reliable personality with confident appearance
Structured, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working
