Your tasks

• Do you have an international flair? You check and clarify the obligation to cover medical costs from abroad
• The focus is on collaboration with our emergency assistance service in cases abroad and the implementation of bilateral agreements with the EU
• Checking and billing of outpatient invoices as well as handling invoice disputes are also part of your duties
• You issue cost approvals, check incoming invoices, and prepare tariff-compliant billing and payment
• You create correspondence based on templates as well as independently
• You are the contact person for complex inquiries from insured persons and service providers

Your profile

• You have completed basic training in the medical field (e.g. MPA) or have supplemented commercial training with medical knowledge
• Experience in the health insurance sector (benefits) is desirable and advantageous
• You work very efficiently, accurately, responsibly, and like to take on responsibility
• You enjoy customer contact and place great value on friendly, professional, and solution-oriented communication
• Your interconnected thinking enables you to independently handle complex matters
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and French; any additional language is a plus
