Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial accounting including subsidiary ledgers for several Swiss companies.
You are responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash and asset accounting and ensure the correct posting of all business transactions.
You prepare monthly and annual financial statements and ensure timely and high-quality completion of the closing process.
You prepare service invoices and monitor group-wide intercompany settlements.
You prepare VAT returns and ensure correct tax processing.
You develop financial reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
You participate in financial projects and support the optimisation of processes, systems, and workflows.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education as well as the Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence in Financial and Accounting Management.
You bring at least five years of professional experience with responsibility for financial statements, ideally in an international environment.
You possess excellent Excel skills as well as confident use of MS Office and ideally ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365.
You communicate very well in German and English; knowledge of French is an additional advantage.
You work independently, structured, and reliably and keep an overview even with changing priorities.
