As a building services planner in the field of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), you are responsible for the planning and design of HVAC systems in our construction projects. Your technical expertise and planning skills contribute to the successful implementation of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and design of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for new build and renovation projects
- Creation of technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Carrying out calculations for dimensioning and design of the systems
- Supervision and coordination of installation on site
- Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other specialist planners
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a building services planner EFZ
- Professional experience in planning and designing HVAC systems
- Sound knowledge in the use of CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working
