Specialist in OR Technology Shift Management 80 to 100%

Your area of responsibility

• You instrument primarily in orthopaedics and are also active in the specialties of general surgery, gynaecology, ear, nose and throat medicine (ENT) and urology
• You take care of the professional preparation and follow-up of surgical procedures and actively contribute to a smooth and efficient OR operation during your shift
• You proactively coordinate the operating theatres regarding personnel, patients and available resources, organise break cover within the team and thus contribute to a smooth OR operation
• You keep an eye on the OR schedule and planned changeover times, coordinate short-term programme changes and ensure appropriate prioritisation and smooth processes in emergencies

Your experience

• You have a qualification as a certified specialist in operating room technology HF and bring several years of professional experience in the operating area
• You have experience in organising and coordinating OR processes and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment
• You have good knowledge of various surgical specialties and are well acquainted with interprofessional collaboration in the OR environment
• You have experience dealing with emergency situations and short-term changes to the OR schedule and respond flexibly, confidently and solution-oriented even in demanding situations
