YOUR MISSION
- You advise on health, life, asset and corporate insurance and offer customised solutions for customer needs
- Through targeted cross- and upselling, you build trusting relationships and strengthen customer loyalty
- Acquiring new customers - whether through your own initiative or recommendations - is part of your daily routine
- You organise and conduct advisory meetings, by phone or in person, with commitment and tact
- You are also responsible for administrative follow-up: preparing quotes, managing appointments and completing other tasks precisely and efficiently
Your Skills
- You have excellent German language skills, both spoken and written - knowledge of additional languages ideally complements your profile
- Customer service and sales are your passion - you listen, understand and find the right solution
- You are characterised by a high service orientation and perseverance
- Your professional network is a real advantage that you use purposefully for new opportunities
- Flexibility is a matter of course for you - you appreciate working independently and flexible scheduling
Your Education
- You have completed basic training
- A certificate as a "Versicherungsvermittler VBV" is mandatory
