Your contribution to our vision | Your commitment

• Master data management: Creating customers, resellers and dealers as well as careful management of master data in our ERP and CRM systems.
• Contract management: Reliable execution of changes to contracts and accounts.
• Inventory maintenance: Processing and adjusting customer inventories on request.
• Process optimisation: Proactive measures to ensure data consistency, increase efficiency and profitability, and continuously improve the customer and dealer experience.

Convincing all round | Your profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training.
• Confident handling of SAP, Salesforce and Google Workspace.
• Very good German skills (at least C2). French, English or Italian are an advantage.
• Strong communication skills for active exchange with interfaces such as Customer Service, Sales, Finance and Scheduling.
