What we will achieve together
Within the Customer Relations Department, Operational Management and Optimisation (GOO) relies on the Data & Middle Office (DMO) to strengthen the data culture and the performance of Customer Relations. You will contribute to the governance, enhancement and activation of data in order to transform information into levers for understanding, management and action. The team ensures the quality, security and enhancement of data while developing shared indicators and certified reference frameworks.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and evolving dashboards and reports that meet the needs of the Customer Relations business units;
- Transforming data into relevant analyses and indicators for performance management and decision-making;
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality and reliability of the data used;
- Participating in data governance initiatives and ensuring compliance with the LIPAD and RIPAD frameworks;
- Supporting data literacy through communication, documentation and the promotion of developed solutions;
- Collaborating with business units, IT teams and data stakeholders to support the transformation of the Customer Relations Department.
Your personality and skills
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Analytics or Data Science. You have a strong interest in data and its use in performance management. Your education has enabled you to develop a solid understanding of the challenges related to data governance and enhancement in a collaborative environment.
You are proficient in or wish to deepen your knowledge of tools such as Power BI, SQL or other data analysis solutions. You demonstrate sensitivity to issues of data quality, governance and protection. You know how to structure, document and enhance information to make it a lever for decision support and continuous improvement.
Curious, rigorous and solution-oriented, you show an analytical mind and great adaptability. Your sense of collaboration and communication allows you to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. You are proactive and organised, with a genuine desire to learn and contribute to the data transformation of Customer Relations.
The salary will be calculated based on an annual reference salary spread over thirteen payments, depending on your degree:
• Bachelor: CHF 75,000 gross (100% basis) spread over thirteen payments.
• Master: CHF 78,000 gross (100% basis) spread over thirteen payments.
SIG regularly welcomes recent graduates to offer them a significant first professional experience within the framework of a fixed-term one-year contract. The term "recent graduates" refers to individuals who have completed their studies within the last 18 months and are seeking a first professional experience related to their academic background.
