To strengthen the production department, we are looking for a quality-conscious and motivated specialist to start immediately or by arrangement.
Polymechanic CNC Turning / Mazak (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Independent setup, programming and operation of state-of-the-art CNC lathes (with a focus on Mazak controls)
- Quality-compliant manufacturing of demanding precision parts (from single parts to series)
- Continuous monitoring of the production process as well as independently making the necessary dimensional and program corrections
- Conscientious execution of the operator self-inspection to ensure the high internal quality standards
- Provision and measurement of the required machining tools
- Active contribution of ideas for the continuous optimisation of machining processes

Qualifications
Your profile:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
- Solid and proven professional experience in machining with a specialisation in CNC turning
- Good programming and operating skills, ideally specifically on Mazak (Mazatrol)
Mandatory willingness to work in a regulated 2-shift system - An exact, independent and highly quality-conscious way of working
- A high degree of reliability as well as enjoyment of working in a collegial team
