What you achieve

• You are the competent contact person for our German- and Italian-speaking customers by phone and in writing.
• You recognise customer needs and actively use advisory conversations to develop suitable insurance solutions and create individual offers.
• You acquire new customers and actively develop existing customer relationships (without cold calling).
• You accompany our customers with contract adjustments and quickly find the right solution for their concerns.
• You arrange consultation appointments for the field service.

What you bring

• Completed commercial training or comparable basic education.
• Confident German and Italian language skills, both spoken and written, are essential; additional language skills, especially French, are a plus.
• Experience in the insurance industry is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact as well as strong advisory and sales skills.
• High service orientation, empathy, and the ability to quickly recognise customer needs.
• Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented working style with confident handling of digital applications.
• VBV certification or willingness to obtain it.
