Senior Accountant with Advanced Federal Certificate (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you are responsible for a demanding and varied range of tasks in a sustainably growing environment. You apply your experience as a Senior Accountant to deliver high-quality work and ensure a strong service and customer focus. You work closely with various interfaces and ensure transparency and reliability in your areas of responsibility. Responsibilities:
- You independently manage the accounting of Swisspearl Group AG in accordance with legal, group-wide, and internal requirements
- In this role, you take responsibility for accounts payable and receivable accounting, including payment runs and payment transactions
- As a Senior Accountant, you independently carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- You prepare and reconcile VAT returns and act as a contact person in the area of value-added tax
- In this role, you prepare financial data for budget and forecast processes and plan liquidity
- As a Senior Accountant, you bear professional responsibility for the FI module, contribute to the further development of the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), and work within the internal control system (ICS)
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting (e.g. specialist in finance and accounting with a federal advanced certificate) or a comparable qualification, ideally with a MAS in Finance & Accounting
- You have 5-8 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- You are very proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- You bring experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FI module)
- You communicate very confidently in English, both orally and in writing
- You work proactively, independently, and reliably, think in networks, act solution-oriented, and involve various stakeholders thanks to your communicative and cooperative nature
