We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Manager capable of managing the entire test cycle in a complex and international environment. They will operate in a demanding international context with critical ERP systems and strong quality, performance, and reliability challenges.

Your missions 🛠

• Define and implement the overall test strategy.
• Ensure functional and technical test coverage, especially within critical ERP projects.
• Set up KPIs and monitor quality.
• Participate in Go / No-Go decisions and team management.
• Lead a team composed of a functional tester, an automation engineer, and a performance testing expert.
• Plan, prioritise, and coordinate testing activities.
• Ensure the team’s skills development.
• Actively participate in testing phases.
• Supervise automated and performance test campaigns.
• Manage anomalies and their resolution, UAT & business collaboration.
• Organise and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• Collaborate with key users and end users.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and IT deliverables,
• Contribute to release management processes.
• Ensure the quality of production deliveries.
• Manage risks related to deployments.

Your profile 👀

• Between 10 and 15 years of experience in software testing, including confirmed expertise in test management.
• Mandatory knowledge of ERP environments such as SAP, Cegid or Infor M3.
• Proficiency in the following environments: Azure DevOps, Tosca, NeoLoad, as well as test and defect management tools.
• Experience in automation (BDD, Gherkin, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, Java) will be a considerable asset.
• In-depth knowledge of backend testing, especially on APIs and web services.
• Experience in performance testing will be appreciated.
• Demonstrated ability to combine strategic vision with an operational approach.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and coordination ability.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in demanding environments.
• Autonomy, initiative, and strong results orientation.
• Essential mastery of French and English.
