You don’t just want to manage an ERP system, but actively contribute to making processes work better? In this role, you are the link between IT and specialist departments. You analyse requirements, develop solutions, support users and at the same time advance the entire ERP landscape.
Responsibilities:
You further develop ERP solutions and make existing processes more efficient.
You analyse the needs of the specialist departments and develop practical solutions from them.
You contribute your ideas to ERP projects and support their implementation.
You assist employees with their daily ERP and ICT questions and resolve support cases at 1st and 2nd level.
You train users and accompany them during the introduction of new functions.
You work closely with specialist departments, system managers and external partners.
You use your SQL knowledge to analyse data and better understand technical contexts.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification.
You have experience with ERP systems and ideally have already worked with eNVenta.
You are familiar with the Windows environment and have experience in IT support.
You have very good SQL skills.
You are interested in business processes and enjoy improving them technically.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
You convince with a high service orientation and enjoy communicating directly with users.
You can explain complex technical topics clearly and enjoy working with different specialist departments.
You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of French is an advantage.
