The Hospital Pharmacy Thurgau AG in Münsterlingen cares for and supplies various hospitals and health organisations in Eastern Switzerland with medicines. Core areas are logistics, manufacturing of medicines and the operation of two cytostatic laboratories as well as information on all matters relating to drug therapy.

Hospital Pharmacist FPH Hospital Pharmacy / FPH Clinical Pharmacy
You will take on
- Tasks of the Pharmaceutical Services team (drug information service, ward rounds accompaniment, maintenance of prescription favourites, etc.)
- Participation in the expansion of Pharmaceutical Services and collaboration in the creation and maintenance of QM documents
- Tasks in the training and further education of pharmaceutical junior staff
- Collaboration in supply shortage management
- Short- to medium-term pharmaceutical care of an affiliated hospital
- Responsibility in projects
You bring with you
- Proven hospital experience and preferably a specialist title as a hospital pharmacist FPH Hospital Pharmacy or FPH Clinical Pharmacy (or corresponding foreign specialist title, provided recognition is possible)
- Interest in IT systems and master data management, ideally experience with SAP and KISIM
- Team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
- Committed and communicative personality with great service orientation and high social competence
- High initiative and precise, reliable, structured and process-oriented working style
- Independent, responsible and entrepreneurial thinking personality with organisational skills
- Experience in project management, preferably in the area of ward management
