Role:
In this role, you will take on a versatile and varied position as a finance accounting specialist in a motivated environment. You will initially act as a maternity cover and have the option to take on a permanent position at 60% from May 2027. Responsibilities:
- You will manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including overseeing the accounts payable workflow
- In this role, you are responsible for the receivables management of major customers
- As a finance accounting specialist, you will implement the internal control system in the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- You will assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and support the audit
- In this role, you will process expense reports according to expense regulations
- As a finance accounting specialist, you will post credit card statements and manage the credit cards
Qualifications:
- You have a qualification as a specialist in finance and accounting
- You have several years of experience in accounting for an international SME, especially in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- You ideally have knowledge of the German VAT system
- You are confident with MS Office and experienced in working with SAP FI
- You are a team-oriented, open, and communicative personality and work very precisely
- You are fluent in German at a negotiation level
