About the job
As a Technical Manager for Property / Assets, based in Fribourg, you will ensure the technical management of a portfolio of corporate insurance contracts (liability, property, buildings, technical, cyber, etc.), while providing your expertise in risk analysis and claims handling, in coordination with insurers, clients and Sales Managers.
You will maintain regular contact with clients, primarily by email and telephone, supplemented by face-to-face meetings or videoconferences.

- Updating and managing the portfolio according to client needs and market developments
- Risk analysis
- Adapting and optimising coverages
- Managing calls for tenders and preparing comparisons
- Presenting results to clients
- Monitoring and managing claims
- Negotiating with insurance companies
- Advising clients and maintaining the portfolio
Your profile
- Proven experience in property and asset insurance, with a Federal Specialist Certificate in Insurance or equivalent training
- Proficiency in office tools and insurance management software (such as Brokers, M-Files, MS Office, etc.)
- Excellent ability to simplify technical subjects, analytical skills, rigour and autonomy
- Good interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, client orientation and strong team spirit
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written
Work location: Fribourg
Work rate: 80% to 100%
Contract type: Permanent contract
